Bisher sind für die von mir initiierte MCP-CE2008 Abstracts aus 12 Ländern eingegangen (Extended Deadline: 20.02.2008). Es freut mich sehr, dass die dritte Konferenz zu Mass Customization and Open Innovation in Osteuropa so gut angenommen wird. Es scheint sich langsam aber sicher zu bewähren, dass wir bewusst den Schwerpunkt Mittel- und Osteuropa gewählt haben. Vom 03.-06. Juni wird die MCP-CE2008 diesmal in Palic (Serbien) stattfinden. Palic liegt an der Grenze zu Ungarn. Um Palic herum findet man ein sehr schönes Urlaubsgebiet, das im Juni bestimmt sehenswert ist. Zoran Anisic (Chairman of the Organizing Committee) hat die Konferenzwebsite um Hinweise zu Unterkünften (Accomodation) und Anreisemöglichkeiten (Travel Information) ergänzen lassen. Darüber hinaus machen die eingestellten Fotos (Photogallery) Lust auf eine Reise zur MCP-CE2008.
MCP-CE2008: Extended Deadline – Veröffentlichung von drei Paper in APEM

on behalf of the Scientific and Organizing Committee, it is our pleasure to announce, that three highest-quality paper accepted for the MCP-CE 2008 conference will be published in the special issue of the journal Advances in Production Engineering & Management (APEM) in 2008. Thus we are going to extend the deadline for registration and abstract submission up to February, 20th 2008. Based on the already submitted papers, this will be an interesting meeting of professionals who have a lot of experience with Mass Customization and Personalization. So we encourage you once again to send us your results, ideas or vision, and hope that together we can make the MCP concept more popular and useful in Central European Region.
